Raise your virtual hand if you have ever taken a First Class or Premium / Luxury class flight to anywhere? Not too many, we would guess (your editor was invited once to enjoy the benefits of flying a British Airways Boeing 747 from Chicago to London as a luxury upgrade.) Talk about thrilled to bits. Flying in that bird was always a dream for me and what a nice change it was having a lie-down bed, sumptuous snacks and drinks and, most of all, did I say that I was in a 747?
