Fixed-wing aircraft. Again, just what it sounds like: the wing is fixed to the aircraft’s body, unlike a helicopter. 4. Concourse. The concourse is what you walk on as you frantically run for your plane. Triplane – An aircraft with three sets of wings, something you will likely only see at a museum or a thrilling airshow.
