No need to worry about the fuel economy. And imagine the luxury. We can only guess what’s popping up in your mind when you read that headline, and we would surmise that the first image that pops into your head is a bus somewhere in the deserts of Dubai, perhaps grounded, as it were, by sand (which is unlikely to happen.) To whit, if your knowledge of that part of the globe is a bit thin, here is a short primer:
The United Arab Emirates, or simply the Emirates, is a country in West Asia, in the Middle East. It is located at the eastern end of the Arabian Peninsula and shares borders with Oman and Saudi Arabia, while also having maritime borders in the Persian Gulf with Qatar and Iran. As of 2023, the United Arab Emirates has an estimated population of roughly 10.2 million. It is large, it is rich – very rich – and it is a place that one should visit at least once. Spectacular!
But, back to our story….. if you follow along with us on this joy ride of a post, it gets even better. So far we have established Emirates, a bus and -ta-da! The location of where passengers are dropped off? A Japanese rail station! Talk about service. Emirates knows which way its Khobz Al Khameer is cooked.
But, it’s not for everybody. Watch the video below to see what we mean.
