How many countries can boast more than 4,000 years of recorded history? Not many. And, those that can will be hard-pressed to keep up with the Chinese energy, focus drive. Look at their infrastructure: roads, rail and all of the everyday innovation that most of us would take for granted. China often takes a long-term perspective when it comes to infrastructure development. The government’s strategic planning involves identifying critical areas for development and implementing comprehensive plans to achieve specific goals. China’s government plays a central role in planning and funding large-scale infrastructure projects. The government’s ability to allocate resources, mobilize capital, and implement projects efficiently is a key factor in the country’s success. One can only imagine the sheer size and scale – and volume – of projects that are ongoing at any given point.
