There’s a joke in here somewhere, waiting to make its debut. Something from the dark days of the 1970s, where everything was a bit saucy and prodded society’s norms. Oh yes, that’s right. Back then, shady accommodations were often referred to as no-tell motels. You know . . . nudge, nudge . . . wink, wink. . . say no more . . . say no more. But, we’ve all moved on from that time and place, haven’t we? And, at least in North America, you really need to work hard to find one of those questionable establishments that’s even open anymore. Probably good riddance, we guess.
Which brings us away from the puns into real life. Nowadays, no-tells have been replaced by snazzy places such as our subject today, Yotel. Based in the United Kingdom, Yotel is a hotel group comprised of three different brands: Yotel Air, Yotel and Yotel Pad. What makes them interesting and worthy of your attention is the attention that they pay to their properties. Usually compact places with clean design and no demands for additional fees to stay, the Yotel properties are also situated in places where you’d probably want to be, such as Amsterdam, Boston, Schiphol, Glasgow and more. We’ve stayed in them, really liked the design and the the ethos.
But, don’t take it solely from us. Energetic Youtuber Walk With Me Tim was curious about them too. His videos are very comprehensive, where he really gives the location a thorough review. watch his video below as he makes his mark on Yotel. And, Click here to book.
