Wild in the streets

Ahh Monaco.  Glamour, money, riches, style, more money, stars, even more money . . . and skids marks.

What are we talking about?  The annual Monaco Grand Prix.  International racing in the second smallest country in the world. Drivers come to Monaco from all around the world to battle for to vie for the top place in the Grand Prix sport.

Not only do they compete to be the best Formula One driver in the world, but also for the incredible riches that this potentially dangerous sport provides.  And they draw some of the richest individuals on the planet to come watch the spectacle.

But, Monaco is a tiny place.  Why does the event appear here?  And how does a tiny country even prepare for the hundreds of thousands of people who attend each year?

The video below, courtesy of The B1M, shows you.  Prepare to be bedazzled.

PS – for the traditionalists, Monaco also has a fabulous Classic Car Grand Prix, as well.

As you might expect, Air France fly to Nice, which is a short drive to Monaco.
Why not splurge and stay at the Fairmont Monte Carlo?
