The King of the Skies

In the flying world, as seats get more squashed and legroom remains a fond memory, we find it comforting that there is at least one airline that treats passengers as they were in the halcyon days of flight. And, if you’re wise enough, you can not only enjoy sumptuous luxury, you can also get up and wander around the first and second floors of the plane. What can this be? A joke? Sleepwalking? No, welcome to Emirates Airbus A380. And, yes, it is still flying! Emirates’ Service To London Sees 13 DAILY Flights

The Emirates Airbus A380 is defined by its large, double-deck design, advanced technology like composite materials, and a unique cabin experience that includes onboard showers, a bar lounge, and private suites. It is also distinguished by Emirates’ strategic use of the aircraft to serve as its primary hub, leverage its enormous capacity for long-haul routes, and build a premium brand image. Yes, this is true. With the Boeing 747 making only appearing in scant and infrequent jaunts, with this Emirates beauty, you will have a plethora of stories to regale your children, or disbelieving friends. The airline plans to keep the A380 in service until at least the end of the 2040s, with ongoing cabin refurbishment programs for many of the aircraft.  Don’t wait!

As you’ll see in the content above and in Simple Flying’s video, it’s all true. If I were you, I’d book now! Emirates is one of our travel partners. Click here to look and book your flights. We may receive a small commission or payment as an Emirates affiliate.
