Tend your own garden

We assume that, since you’re on our site, you like to travel.  And, if that’s the case, we also assume that you have experienced some of the complexities of travel, especially when it comes to booking tickets with airlines.  The rules can often be – to most humans – overly complex and difficult to understand.  And even when you end up calling the airlines, it can still feel like a maze as you work your way through the puzzle. (Related to that, we have found that Air Canada are very easy to work with, once you get through to the agents.  This is no plug for them, just our own experience.)
