Slowly I step. Inch by inch. What’s all this? Niagara Falls? The Three Stooges? Plummeting ships? Yes, it’s true. And if you don’t believe it and want to see it, you’ll better get a move on: it won’t be dangling there for much longer. If you’ve been to the falls, you’ll know what we’re talking about. It’s the Famous shipwreck teetering above Niagara Falls, correctly known as Old Scow. Wrecked in 1918 just above Niagara Falls it’s been on a precipice since, and time is ticking.


Living where we’ve lived over the decades, Niagara has always been there, exciting, always soaking wet. Could the big day come soon where we blow it an kiss eternal kiss? Farwell, old friend. You might just want to keep your eyes on this sad, but beautiful, event finally splashes into the deep. Canada, you will have lost a citizen.
