In some parts of the world (where we live, for example) it’s cold and covered in snow. You need to scrape the snow off your car every morning (and every evening) if you’re still a working stiff. You can never predict what the situation will be like tomorrow, as the meteorologists often have no idea what will happen next. And, even if you’re clever, you may book a flight to Miami, only to find that the airport is snowed in the next day. Why do we do this to ourselves? No idea.
Well, no matter where you live – even if it’s not a 180-day barren wasteland like ours – you can always visit a Disney property somewhere in the world. Even if you’re the most jaded adult who has ever lived, you can still find some joy at Disney. The rides and the technology are inspiring. The sheer scope of the idea is a bit mind-boggling. And, that the fact that, on average, 31,000 people pass through the doors daily and still manage to do and see everything they desire certainly deserves a hearty round of applause.
So, go on. Give in to your inner child and have fun – even if you’re a seasoned mature.
