When you travel, you can stumble across some of the oddest things. Ironically, but not surprisingly, most of them are in the USA. For example, Cadillac Ranch: An art installation in Amarillo, Texas, featuring ten vintage Cadillacs buried nose-first in a field.
Or, what about Carhenge? Located in Alliance, Nebraska, this is a replica of Stonehenge constructed entirely from vintage American automobiles. There are no shortage of others: Giant Statues: Various “world’s largest” items are common, such as a giant spud in Idaho, the Jolly Green Giant in Minnesota, or a huge statue of a cat. The list goes on and on. But this one is truly worth a stop if you’re into history. History that goes one step further. Nuclear bunkers.

Even though it feels like we’re on the brink of another nuclear meltdown nowadays, it’s unlikely to actually experience one. But, as they say, better safe than sorry. Watch the video above and witness what almost happened, but never did. You can find this just outside of Spokane, Washington USA.
