As of this writing, the past few years have been tumultuous, to say the least. Between pandemics, anger in the streets, despicable political maneuvering and change in almost every country, the world is not the one we that thought we knew.
One such event was Brexit. For those not aware, this was an event that happened at the end of January, 2020, where Great Britain left the European Union after 47 years of partnership.
And, with that decision, the UK dramatically changed its relationship with the EU’s remaining 27 countries – especially from a commerce perspective.
And that has left the UK searching for new revenue to replace the billions of pounds that it received from Europe.
As part of that, old talks have resumed about the idea of building a tunnel between British Gibraltar and Morocco. It has its plusses, but there are a number of minuses, too.
