A plucky idea.

Here’s another post about rail, but not one that you would might be expecting. It’s about a few ambitious go-getters who happened upon an abandoned railway. It had a history, it was regularly used, but it then withered as time went on, and other modes of transport took over. However the go-getters decided to put their money (and brains) to work. They rolled up their sleeves and started to strategize. Watch how some ambition and elbow grease can turn things upside down. It’s alive! Some great ideas here. Maybe you can start your own heritage railway or airline or tour service. Anyone can get involved. You might be making history of its own. Read more here.
