Wasabi is not a hobby

Lovers of Japanese food are, most likely, lovers of sushi.  It’s a food that should be recognised by museums as artEven at its most basic, sold in bulk at crowded Asian markets, there is still a strong level of pride in the construction and presentation of sushi.

But, let’s have a moment to pause for sushi’s underling, wasabi.  It’s not for everyone, but for those in the know, it can make a good sushi experience sublime.
