Express as in train? Caribbean as in Caribbean? What’s this all about, you may ask. To be fair, the two words are not a phrase that you would normally associate with each other.

Fair enough, but this is actually a real thing and you should get on board. And given that the article is from DW, you know that it’s the real thing, too. St. Kitts has one of the few still-functioning sugar cane railway lines in the Caribbean, running along almost 30 kilometers of coastline. A pair of islands in the Lesser Antilles, St. Kitts and Nevis is one of the smallest nations in the world. This makes it all the more astonishing that St. Kitts has a railway line at all.
