Silencio Paris.

For all of you who are “in the know,” the name David Lynch will either thrill you or frighten you into running far far away. A true auteur, he went down his own path and either mesmerized or befuddled entranced or confused audiences. We count ourselves in the “thrilled” mob. The man passed away in January 16, 2025. One aspect of his skills was to bring the Crème de la crème of the arts community together to communally confuse mere mortals.

So, when he created his “Bodega” restaurant El SILENCIO in Spain, everyone ran to be a part of it, even just to stand outside and bask not only in the restaurant, but to capture an image of the stars that graced the restaurant itself. The Costa del Silencio itself was the inspiration. But there was only one, really.

As you might expect, though, if you’ve got a winner, milk it. So, in Paris, the franchise continued. Silencio Paris is owned by entrepreneur Arnaud Frisch. While the club’s unique design and concept are attributed to Lynch, Frisch is the founder and owner. He also spearheaded the expansion of Silencio to other locations like New York and Ibiza, according to The New York Times, WWD and EL PAÍS English. Interested?

You can usually find tickets to Silencio Club in Paris through their official website, Shotgun.live, or on ticket resale platforms like Resident Advisor or TicketSwap. Resident Advisor and TicketSwap allow you to buy and sell tickets. Some events may also be available at the door, but it’s always a good idea to check the club’s website or contact them for the most up-to-date information on ticket availability and pricing. Click here for some rather old, but still relevant info about the venue.
