The Baumkronenpfad (tree top path) is a beautiful and significant path which leads one through the tree ecology of one of the few remaining historic forests, now a national park. The path starts from a central tower (44 m / 144 ft. high) and takes one through different levels of the trees. To make the walk even more appealing and diverse there are various opportunities to climb over ropes and nets. Even on rainy days the view from the top of the tower is spectacular.
