When you opt in to include Omio Flex for your journey, you can get money back on your tickets anytime and for any reason. Yes, you read that correctly. That’s huge, actually. Right now, this is available on non-refundable tickets and for trains, buses, and ferries only, but that certainly covers a lot of ground, no pun intended. Omio Flex will be available to anyone travelling in the EEA region, in languages English, French, German, Italian, and Spanish.

Payments can only be made in Euro, US dollars, and British pound.
Omio Flex costs between 8% and 15% of the original ticket price.
All Omio Flex bookings can be cancelled up to two hours before departure.
Tickets can be cancelled directly in the Omio app.
You can receive an 80% refund of the original ticket price: that’s a relief.
