No static at all

This post may seem obvious to you – and that’s a good thing – but it’s interesting that many of us don’t always put 2+2 together. For one reason or another, what seems like a logical thought at 02:30 in the morning doesn’t always magically appear again the next day.

Especially if you live in the city, or have kids, you might not be able to focus on whatever task is at hand, Sheer distraction. But, you may want to think about audio backgrounds as a way to help you focus. Realistically, doesn’t mean phat beats, but some audio stimulation can be helpful if you need to work or study. Some types of music are perfect for helping you mask distracting noises. Music also works as a stimulus that engages your brain, allowing you to be more creative and productive (depending on what you’re listening to, of course). And listening to music can relieve anxiety, which leaves you in a better place to get stuff done.
