Little-known EU passenger rights can mean big cash for Canadians on delayed flights

If you travel a fair amount, you have probably had an even mix of good and bad experiences. Sometimes the bad experiences will make you want to pull your hair out and never travel again – or at the very least never use that airline again.  But sometimes the airlines pull out all stops to accommodate you and leave you with a good experience, which of course makes you want to come back again and again.

 All countries have regulations on how airlines should work, and some are more stringent and, perhaps, accommodating to travelers, rather than to the airlines themselves. This article is targeted primarily to those people living in Canada, but there are a number of lessons and nuggets of information here that could be useful for anyone…..
