I want my money back!

There are few things worse than spending lots of money on a flight or a hotel or a holiday or a car, only to find that the seller won’t refund the money.  As if it isn’t bad enough that you’ve having to look at canceling or postponing your adventure.

But, there are ways of making it all better again.  One of the keys to this is (first of all) make sure that you FULLY read the details of the booking, and its *boring* terms and conditions.  That is just common sense and often catches us all out at one time or another.
