How to be a Rhodes Scholar

Most of us have heard of Rhodes, even if we’ve never been. It certainly beckons those of us who love ancient history, and everything that followed. And don’t forget the sun, fun and sea. On the more scholarly angle, Rhodes is A UNESCO World Heritage site where the medieval city is well-preserved and features the impressive Palace of the Grand Master, the Street of the Knights, and numerous medieval buildings and fortifications. Sites like the Acropolis of Lindos, the ancient Kamiros, and Ialysos provide a glimpse into the island’s ancient Greek past.

But, on the other hand, Rhodes boasts some of the most beautiful beaches in Greece, such as Tsambika, Faliraki, and Prasonisi, which offer opportunities for sunbathing, swimming, and water sports. And did you know that it also houses a unique natural reserve where thousands of butterflies gather during the summer months, creating a picturesque and serene environment. Sounds perfect to us.
