How Sweden survives . . .

. . . . without small talk. We bet you thought that this would be a post about the imminent threat that Russia poses to Sweden every year. It’s not, though. (We do have a post about that, though: click here.)

No, this is something that is more palpable and accessible to almost anyone who wants to know how the world goes around. Here, we highlight what is either an odd anomaly, or a deliberate way of living, or maybe both. As a preface, this could be related to any country or any person. It’s about a way of behaving as a human being on Earth. But, the Nordic people do have a way of doing things, and we laud them for it. Straight-shooting, honest, forthright and . . . when you get to know them . . . very, very funny and warm.
