Everybody has to pay and pay

Traveling on highways and having to struggle with toll booths is certainly one of the joys of driving – NOT.

If you drive across the USAespecially when you’re a visitor – you will inevitably come upon a highway with toll booths.  But, if you have purchased a toll pass when you rented your car, you might be expecting smooth sailing through the booths.  There’s a good chance that may not happen.

If you’re driving through multiple US states, be prepared for confusing toll booth services.  And be sure to have paper bills and coins with you.
