Some time back, we started posting videos from a UK content creator known as Wanderizm. Mostly based in greater London, Wanderizm takes what could be perceived as a mundane event – taking a city bus – and turns it into a relaxing adventure. And the videos are free. Now, that may not sound like much, but there are 675 bus routes in The Smoke: some of them may seem everyday and nondescript, but others are rather spectacular and not expensive, if you’re a tourist and; remember that everyday people use these routes day in and day out. It’s a fantastic way to see this fantastic city and it doesn’t cost much. Sit back, pour yourself a pint of ale and get to know The Smoke better. In this case, it’s Bus 24 from Pimlico to Hampstead.
Pimlico is an upscale residential area with quiet streets lined with stately 19th-century homes. Its many hotels, plus proximity to the Tate Britain gallery and stylish Chelsea, make it popular with travelers, while post-work crowds frequent the chic restaurants and old-school pubs by busy Vauxhall Bridge Road.
St. George’s Square Garden has views of the River Thames, and joggers follow the waterside Thames Path.
When in Pimlico, stay at the fun and unique nhow hotel. You’ll love it. We do. Click here.
