You can have it all, but sometimes Mother Nature stops you. Take Monaco, for example. In case you’re unaware, Monaco is a sovereign city-state and microstate on the French Riviera a few kilometres west of the Italian region of Liguria, in Western Europe, on the Mediterranean Sea. It is one of the most expensive and wealthiest places in the world. If you want it, you can get it.
But, Monaco doesn’t have everything. There is just not enough physical space to accomodate the newly rich to live there. To tackle that, a $2BN, 15-acre enlargement into the Mediterranean Sea is now underway.
