Some countries – such as China and Russia – get stuff done. Their enviable work ethic and constant desire to push are legendary.
As with any country who constantly strive, there may be some who get impacted or fall behind – sad stories.
But in this case, here is the tale of Russia building an impressive bridge in an even more impressive amount of time – the Russky Bridge has a central span of 1,104 m and can handle 50,000 vehicles per day.
What’s interesting is that, it doesn’t come close that amount of traffic because only 5,360 people live on Russky Island.
