Shinkansen win, win, win!

One thing that most travelers to Japan love is the Shinkansen train. Who wouldn’t love it? Yes, it’s fast, but there are so many reasons to spend a bit of cash and ride a legend. What makes it so good? Punctuality and Reliability: The Shinkansen is renowned for its exceptional punctuality. Trains consistently arrive and depart on time, minimizing travel stress and maximizing efficiency.

Safety: The Shinkansen boasts an impeccable safety record. Since its inception, there have been no fatalities due to passenger train accidents. Japan’s Shinkansen bullet trains introduced the world to modern high speed rail travel. “Most Shinkansen trains operate at a top speed of 300 kilometers per hour (186 miles per hour), but some advanced models can reach speeds of up to 320 kilometers per hour (200 miles per hour).” That’s face-melting speed, but beverages on the trains only ever so slightly sing.
