Humans like to complain a lot, especially if it touches them. Most of the time, they just complain for a week or so, and then they just move on to the next annoyance. You won’t find too many people who complain about borders, though, unless it effects them directly. The potential for complaints is often overwhelming, but most humans are lazy and give up eventually.
