Tram I am

As a working professional employee, it’s sometimes a real challenge to find the balance between work and relationship building, creating friendships, especially if you’re tasked to act as the project manager or liaison between disparate groups. Not only are those considerations to keep in mind, but in this 24×7 international working environment, you must also juggle countries, locations, languages and way’s of working.

The crowds are big

So, pity the PM who was tasked with overseeing this intense, taut and highly competitive event where 26 cities, 52 drivers with 100% determination compete for the European Tram Driver‘s championship. It’s tense from the start and the competitors mean business. But, boy do they have fun, too.

And who is best to take the role of announcer than the always fun and funny Tim Traveler. Now that we’re aware of this knife’s edge, pulse- racing sweat-inducing event, we’ll be there. Viva Europa!

Make no mistake, this “bus” (above) is actually a tram and can be eligible for the competition. What a way to win. The championship is a great opportunity for tram drivers to demonstrate their skills and compete against colleagues from other countries. It also helps to raise awareness about the importance of public transportation and the role of tram drivers in providing safe and efficient services. The best part is watching how much fun the tram drivers are having from country to country. Have at it, you heroes! Mind the gap.
