As of the time of this writing, things are finally moving when it comes to the world having access to the Covid-19 vaccines. The curve is reaching upwards, which brings not only hopefulness that we will all go back to a more normal normal, but part of that “normal” will include travel, again.
But, one of the discussions that we have not had, yet, is how long the vaccine will last? Is it permanent? Will it only last for a few weeks or a few months?
Current wisdom is that – we don’t know. Some experts are proposing that we may need yearly “booster” shots, but this is not certain. But, it’s still important now to stay safe.
One idea, of course, is to travel to a safe place and rent a clean place to stay.
No matter what you do, consult the Open Travel Index before you go.
